The new Lost in Space movie
was released on April 3, 1998.
In honor of this important occasion in the world of robots,
we continue to feature various Lost in Space - related robots.
This month we are are featuring the original Lost in Space robot toy,

This large ( 12 1/2" ) plastic robot was manufactured in the United States

It has motorized wheels and can roll straight ahead or turn to either side.
It also has blinking lights and movable gripping arms that are manually controlled.
The Lost in Space Remco Robot was manufactured in a number of color variations.
